The Role: As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in delivering B2B leads, executing and managing Google Ad and social media campaigns. Responsibilities: Ensure top organic search ranking positions. Optimise all advertising campaigns for positive ROAS. Lead and supervise email marketing, encompassing automation strategy and campaign management. Utilise Google Analytics to track and measure all marketing campaigns. Conduct conversion rate optimisation audits and execute A/B tests. Assist in identifying and interpreting critical market data, consumer trends, and competitive intel. Requirements: Previously worked as a Marketing Executive or in a similar role. At least 2 years of hands-on marketing experience. Experience with email marketing and marketing automation platforms Salesforce preferred. Skilled in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Social Media advertising. Background in working with and managing relationships with 3rd party suppliers. Exceptional copywriting skills in various formats and tones. Possess Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Teams, Share Point, and Word skills.
