How you'll make an impact: As an Editor on our Aquent Studios team at Novartis, you'll fully immerse yourself in our client's brand and compliance standards to contribute to the successful review process of Pharmaceutical promotional materials as well as non-promotional materials and product labels. We'd love for you to HIT THAT APPLY BUTTON if you have: 3-7+ years editing experience within a pharmaceutical company , studio/agency environment or medical publishing company Experience reviewing materials using an electronic approval system, preferably Aprimo or Veeva Extensive experience and knowledge of AMA style guide Working knowledge of FDA guidance on pharmaceutical advertising Meticulous attention to detail Proficient with Adobe Acrobat and commenting tools More details about what you'll do as an Editor: Electronically copy edit / proofread print and digital assets for approval in the MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) system from submission through production proofEnsure all content adheres to brand, company, and AMA guidelinesMaintain compliance with company and brand style guidesMaintain top notch organizational skills, with the ability to comprehend feedback from multiple reviewers, annotate electronically, meet deadlines, and ensure consistency within materialsEdit for consistency, commentary, and brand style for successful review cycles. Own the brand and all information related to claimsParticipate in on-site and/or live review meetings and interactions requiring in person contact, when neededMake decisions and understand when to escalate issues appropriately to the right decision makerUse proofreading, grammar, and punctuation to provide quality outputWork with autonomy Manage multiple projects simultaneously with concurrent deadlinesRemain relevant by keeping abreast of all guidelines and standardsContribute to efficiencies by being proficient with electronic and online editing and review tools Compensation Range: $80-85K The range provided is our reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location.
