The Foreclosure Lawyer will handle complex mortgage foreclosure litigation cases, including conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, representing clients in court proceedings, and providing legal advice. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling foreclosure cases, knowledge of real estate laws and regulations, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, admission to the Florida State Bar, prior experience in a law firm or legal setting, and strong negotiation and advocacy skills. Duties:Handle complex mortgage foreclosure litigation casesConduct legal researchDraft legal documentsNegotiate settlementsRepresent clients in court proceedingsProvide legal advice to clients Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the Florida State BarPrior experience in handling foreclosure casesKnowledge of real estate laws and regulationsStrong negotiation and advocacy skills Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Certifications:Admission to the Florida State Bar Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAttention to detail and strong organizational skills
