Summary of Job: Technician working on a team delivering the successful completion of a Test and Balance project.Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent preferred 3-5 years' experience preferredSkills and Abilities: TAB Math - Advanced knowledge of math formulas as it relates to TAB VFD - Ability to configure and troubleshoot VFD's Blueprints - Basic understanding of blueprints Hydronic Systems - Understanding of chilled, condenser and hot water systems Air Systems - Understanding of variable and constant volume air side applications Software - Understanding of Siemens, Trane, Honeywell and TAB reporting software Manpower - Ability to task and plan manpower and projects Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions; Works well in group problem solving situations; Uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Technical Skills - Assesses own strengths and weaknesses; Pursues training and development opportunities; Strives to continuously build knowledge and skills; Shares expertise with others Customer Service - Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; Responds promptly to customer needs; solicits customer feedback to improve service Oral Communication - Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; Listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions; Participates in meetings Written Communication - Writes clearly and informatively; Edits work for spelling and grammar; Varies writing style to meet needs; Presents numerical data effectively; Able to read and interpret information Quality Management - Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness Leadership - Exhibits confidence in self and others; Inspires and motivates others to perform well; effectively influences actions and opinions of others Teamwork - Balances team and individual responsibilities; exhibits objectivity and openness to other's views; Contributes to building a positive team spirit; Puts success of team above own interests Ethics - Treats people with respect; Keeps commitments; Inspires the trust of others; Works with integrity and ethically; Upholds organizational values Professionalism - Approaches others in a tactful manner; Reacts well under pressure; Accepts responsibility for own actions Safety and Security - Observes safety and security procedures; Determines appropriate action beyond guidelines; Reports potentially unsafe conditions Attendance and Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on timeCompany Perks & Benefits:Our mission at Lee Company is to create an environment where our employees can thrive, and we mean that.
