Who You'll Work With: We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team in Nashville, TN.Our group supports the head of GTO, their executives and managers, plus we interface regularly with our Corporate Accounting and Planning counterparts. What You'll Do: Serve as the financial liaison analyst for various departments and conduct monthly reviews. Coordinate with departments in the forecasting process as well. We want this resource to be the point of contact for all questions coming from their customers.Work with managers to prepare quarterly and year-end accrualsReview all IT related payments over a certain threshold and provide appropriate commentaryAlso work on projects we have commenced to tie our work more seamlessly into Corporate Planning's processes.Suggest enhancements to our Dashboard and look to improve how can more easily provide support and access to actionable information to our consumers.Learn our Cost Allocation model to serve as a backup for our existing administrator.Work on process efficiencies for the planning cycle and other systems we utilize.Work on the GTO section of the Quarter Business Review and provide guidance on material changes. What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting3+ years of experience in financial analyst roles.Strong understanding of budgeting and forecasting to include capital investments and operating expense P&L.Excellent analytical, financial, technical skills and have a sharp eye for detailStrong communication and proven ability to liaise with senior leaders to build strong relationships and work in a collaborative environment.Advanced Excel skills.
